I called Dr. Shyn’s office today as I was experiencing a lot of pain w/ one of my molars and also was having swelling on the roof of my mouth. I was impressed that I was able to get in to have Dr. Shyn evaluate my problem on the same morning as my call and he quickly diagnosed my problem……….a tooth which has absessed. As a result, my pain was quickly diminished as was my anxiety.

Front Office waiting room looked clean and organized, and had comfortable seating; Front Office staff professional and very friendly…a nice welcome; Dental Hygienist greeted me with a warm smile and brightened my day, was very professional and did a GREAT job taking my x-rays and cleaning my teeth; Dr. Shyn was, as always, pleasant and professional – he is an excellent D.M.D; I have complete confidence in everyone and would highly recommend Dr. Shyn and staff to anyone needing a professional dentistry, that shows they care.

I had an unexpected dental issue this week and was able to get an appointment within a day which I appreciate. I had a very complete exam with high resolution digital picture of my tooth. Dr. Shyn gave me an excellent explanation of the situation with my tooth’s health. He honestly told me that I should not get any work done at this time and that we should watch it over time. I appreciate an honest and thorough evaluation. I think some less ethical dentists would have sold me on doing alot of unneeded dental work. This visit solidifies my decision to retain Dr. Shyn as my dentist for the long term.

I have been coming to this practice for over 25 years, and there is no better hygienist in Atlanta than Christy! The entire staff is professional and friendly, and Dr. Shyn is an extremely gentle dentist. I highly recommend this practice!
